I want to send my first case to Ortoplus
  • Firstly, you have to fill in the New Client Form
  • Once you register, it is necessary to send us both dental impressions, superior and inferior, (they should be very accurate, whether in silicone or emptied; the dental necks should appear clearly registered)
  • You need to send us also WORK ORDER .
  • The shipping costs are shared, i.e. clinic always has to pay the shipping cost from the clinic to the laboratory and Ortoplus laboratory has to pay the shipping from the laboratory to the clinic always and when shipping is higher than 30€.
What messaging service should I use to send the case?

To make your shipments you can call us and we will perform all the arrangements. You can also call our Courier Service (MRW) 902 300 400.
For shipments from Portugal, the phone of the Messaging Service (MRW) is: 707 263 333
In case you manage yourself the shipping, you must notify the Messaging Service the code PACKG Service Bag 19 with the ensuing costs to: Calle Somera 6, 2nd floor. 29001. Malaga (Spain)

What payment methods does Ortoplus offer?
  • Direct Debit: is the primary option with which we work. The invoice is issued on the last day of the month and the receipt will be issued by the bank in arrears.
  • Payment against reimbursement: If you do not agree to the direct debit you can pay by cash on delivery, although it includes some costs of collection and management. The transport company charges a 2% of the amount for making the management. This form of payment is not viable for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Payment by transfer: We will begin to deal with the shipment of the product when we receive confirmation of payment of the total amount of cases. All transfers must be made in euros. The transfer payment must be paid to Ortoplus SL Laboratory to our account .

How much does it take me to receive the case?

We do all our appliances within a maximum period of two days.

The approximate delivery times on working days are the following:
» Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 1 or 2 days
» Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: Consult with laboratory
» Other areas: To be consulted
The days count from the moment of receiving the case.
