How to place an order
In order to make a device is necessary to send us dental impressions of both arcades, (they must be very precise, either in silicone or emptied; the dental necks must appear well-recorded) together with the order sheet that can be downloaded below.
If this is the first time you send us a case, please send us contact details of your clinic to get in contact with you and to be able to request the billing information or fill in NEW CLIENT FORM.
The study has no cost, but once it has been submitted but it is not feasible or the patient does not accept the quotation, the shipping costs are charged in case you wish to return the models.
PAYMENT METHODS
The shipping costs are shared, i.e. clinic always has to pay the shipping cost from the clinic to the laboratory and Ortoplus laboratory has to pay the shipping from the laboratory to the clinic always and when shipping is higher than 30€.
Direct Debit: is the primary option with which we work. The invoice is issued on the last day of the month and the receipt will be issued by the bank in arrears.
Cash on delivery: If you do not agree to the direct debit you can pay by cash on delivery, although it includes some costs of collection and management. The transport company charges a 2% of the amount for making the management.
The payment is made in cash. The amount of your order is paid when the transport agency delivers the goods.
The transportation agency charges the reimbursement in cash, i.e. no card will be accepted. For this reason, we recommend you to have prepared the exact amount in cash. The order is paid in the same delivery address. The transportation agency will not be relocated to any other location in order to make the payment (unless in the case of justified reasons).
This form of payment is not viable for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla .
Transfer payment: We will begin to deal with the shipment of the product when we receive confirmation of payment of the total amount of cases. All transfers must be made in euros. The transfer payment must be paid to Ortoplus SL Laboratory to our account (attached below).
Remember that it is essential that in such transfer the name of the doctor or clinic must be stated.
Checks are not accepted in any our bank accounts.

DELIVERY
We make all our appliances within a maximum of two days.

The approximate delivery times on weekdays are the following
Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: 1 o 2 days
Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: 2 o 3 days

The days are counted from the day of receiving the case.
Note: The delivery times indicated are for guidance, although our company will work hard to meet these deadlines, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Guarantee Certificate guarantees the quality of the product covered under the legally established terms, for a period of three months, as established, from the date of delivery.
Defects caused by neglect, beatings, use or misuse, incorrect transposition, or materials subject to wear under normal use are not included.
In those incidents that justify the use of a guarantee, reparation, replacement, or discounts, in the legally established terms will ensue.
Laboratory Ortoplus SL reserves the right to request one of our technicians, verification of the origin of the problem. Should a defect be caused by misuse, repair will be billable. To make use of the guarantee, prior notice to the laboratory must be given, not being accepted at our facility any product that has not been previously authorized its exchange, refund or repair.
The guarantee will lose its value:
If you modify, alter or replace some of the same data or sales receipt.
If the guaranteed appliance is handled or repaired knowledge of the laboratory.
Misuse of the appliance by the patient.
If no bill is present.
