Necesary register for precise realization of your ortodonty instrument:

| BUTTON FROM NANCE GIANELLI | Adapt band from 14 and 24, and take impression with the arranged bands. Casting in scagliola. | It is not necessary. | Getting sure that the arrangement of the bands is exact inside the alginate. |
| ACTIVATORS | Superior and inferior model, cast in stone-scagliola. | Constructive bite with wanted advanced mandible. Keeping an free vertical space, anterior from 3 to 4 mm. | Attention to deviation of middle line on avancing the mandible. It’s recommended to utilize Moyco wax in form of horseshoe. |
| BIONATOR | ID | The bite of wax must reflect exactly the vertical dimension and anteroposterior relation. | Attention to possible deviation from middle line on protrusive bite and anterior free space with enough lateral to arrange acrylic. |
| TEUSCHER | Superior and inferior models cast in stone-scagliola | Constructive model, trying to correct class II. It is essential to keep an free vertical space from 3 to 4 mm, a least of 6 on zone from lateral sectors. | It is recommended to use Moyco wax in form of horseshoe. Attention to deviation of middle line on protrusion of mandibles. |
| HERBST | Superior and inferior models, casted in stone-scagliola with split-cast. Superior model with set up on articulater (optative). | Constructive bite avancing mandibles. Keeping free posterior space of an min. 5mm. | It is recommended to set it up on an SAM articulator for prove of movements from lataral and protrusive and for an better adaption in clinic. |
| DISJUNCTOR WITH DIRECT CEMENT | Superior and inferior model casted in stone-scagliola. | Keeping an free posterior space from 3 mm. | It is recommended to take cement with "Excel" setting up the material on lingual and vestibular sides. |
| BAND-DISJUNCTOR AND HAAS | Superior model, casted in stone-scagliola with adapted band inside the impression from alginate. | It is not necessary. | Attention with adapting bands inside the impression. This ones have to be set-up as exact as possible. |
| FERULES | Superior models set up on articulator and inferior without set-up. The superior model get’s set up over the split-cast. | Wax-bite in R.C. | It is an essential, very precise casting from models and use of hart waxes. |
| RETAINERS | Superior or and inferior models, casted in stone-scagliola. | It is only necessary in cases where the centric occlusion (Mi) is not precise. | Including the antagonist model in cases of possible occlusiona interferences. |
